The firm's health care practice provides the full spectrum of specialized legal services required by the complex and highly regulated health care industry. We represent publicly-traded and privately held companies, as well as individuals. Our clients include institutional as well as non-institutional health care providers. We represent hospitals, durable medical equipment companies and pharmacies. We also represent home health and home care companies, and group homes. We represent physicians and physicians' practice groups.
Our attorneys are familiar with the issues confronting such clients, including licensing, regulatory compliance, HIPPA, managed care, other contracting, claims of fraud and abuse, and government investigations. We handle matters pertaining to Medicare and Medicaid.
