Sanjay Ghosh has practiced law since 2004. Sanjay graduated from Tulane University School of Law. Prior to attending law school, Sanjay obtained a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Michigan in 1998, followed by a Master of Science in Physiology from Wayne State University in 2000.
Prior to joining Chorey, Taylor & Feil, Sanjay began his career as an associate in the Intellectual Property Litigation and Commercial Litigation practice groups of a major Atlanta law firm.
Sanjay continues his litigation practice at Chorey, Taylor & Feil, and represents clients in a variety of commercial disputes and matters related to intellectual property rights, including: copyright, trademark and patent infringement litigation; litigation related to false advertising, unfair competition, trade secrets and restrictive covenants; product liability litigation; insurance coverage litigation; and litigation related to contract and warranty disputes. Sanjay's practice serves a wide range of companies and institutions in the financial, health care, manufacturing, and insurance industries.
