We have a broad-based sports and entertainment practice that includes the representation of athletes, artists, authors, and institutional clients. We represent the largest professional wrestling organization on a regional basis. We assist sports and entertainment clients with transactional and litigation issues regarding live events, merchandising, recording, publishing, and the Internet. We also represent clients before regulatory bodies, and also with respect to legislative issues that may affect their interests.

We draft and review agency, publishing, recording, and other agreements. We also register and help protect our clients' copyrights, trademarks, and service marks. We assist with licensing and distribution issues. When necessary, we litigate in these and other areas.
